Xellia has decades of experience with contract manufacturing services.
We offer full scale filling and packaging services for dry-filled vials and lyophilzed/freeze-dryed vials.
At our facilities we can handle high volumes and we are able to fill most vial sizes. Our final handling technologies include filter-drying, vacuum paddle-drying, vacuum tray-drying, freeze-drying and spray-drying.
We have a very stable production, a solid and thoroughly tested quality system and all our facilities are cGMP compliant. A highly competent quality unit and Qualified Persons are administering the release of products.
Stability testing, packaging and labeling of our customers’ products are some of the services we provide upon our customers’ requests.
In 2008, we opened our new state-of-the-art lyophilization facilities in Copenhagen.
